ALL PARTICIPANTS IN The Resort at Singer Island’s Bridge Buster Challenge (‘Bridge Buster’) ARE REQUIRED TO ASSUME ALL RISK OF PARTICIPATION BY ACCEPTING THIS GENERAL RELEASE AGREEMENT. In consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators assume full and complete responsibility, and further waive, release, hold harmless and covenant not to sue for any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Resort at Singer Island Properties, Inc., Forte Interactive, Inc., Palm Beach County, Riviera Beach, Florida, their agents, employees, officers, the sponsors, the volunteers, the State of Florida, their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all accidents, injuries, or death suffered by me or others in said event and any pre-and post activities. I grant to Bridge Buster and its sponsors, licensees the exclusive right to the free use of my name, my voice, and/or my picture in any broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion or other account of this event. I know that this event is a potentially hazardous activity, and I further attest and certify that I am physically fit and have trained sufficiently for competition in this event and my physical condition and ability to participate has been verified by a licensed medical doctor [except where the latter is in violation of religious principles]. I agree to abide by all rules and guidelines of Bridge Buster and not cover, alter or reproduce my running number in any way on pain of my disqualification from this and future events. I acknowledge that my entry fee is non-refundable, including if the race is cancelled, and my entry is non-transferable. I agree I will not chargeback or dispute the credit card transaction. The race has been set up for chip timing with a gun start pursuit to USATF standards. Authority to Register and/or to Act as Agent. You represent and warrant to Forte Interactive, Inc. ('Forte') and TrustedPartner Ecommerce Services that you have full legal authority to complete this event registration on TrustedPartner Ecommerce Services, including full authority to make use of the credit or debit card to which registration fees will be charged. In addition, if you are registering third parties, you represent and warrant that you have been duly authorized to act as agent on behalf of such parties in performing this event registration. By proceeding with this event registration, you agree that the terms of this Registration Agreement shall apply equally to you and to any third parties for whom you are acting as agent. You represent and warrant that, in compliance with COPPA, you are over thirteen (13) years of age, and that if you are registering a child under fourteen (14) years of age you are the parent of such child, and do hereby consent to the collection of such child's personal information by Forte. Refund Policy. I acknowledge that my entry fee is non-refundable, including if the race is cancelled, and my entry is nontransferable.
